I feel like the power of moon rituals isn‘t talk

I feel like the power of moon rituals isn‘t talked about enough — they add so much clarity, structure & purpose into your life and are yet so easy to do. 🌙

• I do a FULL & NEW MOON ritual once a month
… with the full moon I reflect on the things that are no longer serving me, emotions/habits/people I want to let go of 📝
… with the new moon I check in on my goals & manifestations, write down what I want to achieve and how I want to feel and how I will get there ✨

And those two dates, 30 minutes twice a month - they changed EVERYTHING 📝 when I look back to my entries from last year, I can easily see that everything I manifested because true 🌙 when I look back to my entries two years ago, I can see that I learned to let go of things and negative beliefs that were holding me back 🫶🏼 and when I look at entries I‘m writing now, I realize that there‘s so much potential, so many goals to still achieve & it makes me super excited for life ✨🌙

Ich liebe es, meinen Kleiderschrank mit jeder neuen Saison mal auszusortieren, neu einzuräumen und meine schon vorhandenen Kleidungsstücke zu „shoppen“ — da findet man eigentlich immer so tolle Schätze!

Und da ich ja in Korea eine Typ- und Farb-Analyse gemacht hab & jetzt weiß, welche Farben mir stehen verwende ich meine neuen Farbkärtchen auch, um nochmal durch zu sortieren 🎨 spannenderweise ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass die Sachen die ich selten bis nie trage, Farben von meinen „worst colors“ sind 😅

Alles was ich aussortiere, schicke ich dann zu @sellpy (unbeauftragte Werbung). Das finde ich super praktisch. Man packt einfach alles in die blauen Bags, sie stellen es dann online und verkaufen es für einen. Und dort kauf ich auch super gern ein & finde eigentlich immer tolle pre-loved Schnäppchen! 🫶🏼🍂✨
